Hinsdale Humane is the first and only humane organization in the United States that is dedicated to animal rights. Our website has lots of information about the organization, but our mission statement is what really makes us stand out from the usual animal rights organizations. We are dedicated to the humane treatment of animals, animals in need of assistance, and animals at risk. We are not a pet rescue group. We are not a shelter group. We are an animal advocacy organization. We are an animal rescue and welfare group.
Humane is an acronym describing the philosophy of the animal rights movement, which is also the name of the group. The philosophy of the animal rights movement is to stop the abuse of animals by their owners. As the term suggests, the movement is concerned with stopping violence toward animals. But we are not advocating for the total eradication of animals. We are not advocating for the right to own any animals, and we are not advocating for the right to own any animals, period.
Basically, we don’t advocate for the right of the owner to kill any animals in any circumstances. That’s why we are called a welfare group. Welfare groups are animal rights groups that focus on the well being of dogs, horses, cows, cats, chickens, rabbits, and sheep. They are opposed to animal cruelty, whether intentional or not. Welfare groups are not opposed to all forms of violence.
The problem is, in a welfare group, there is an ongoing debate between activists and non-activists. With this in mind, we are no longer going to take sides in this debate. We will simply advocate for and support the rights of the animals.
We’ve always been, and will continue to be, an activist group. For the last 50 years, we have been fighting for the rights of animals all over the world. There’s no doubt this is one of the reasons why we are so happy to open our doors to the public.
The Humane Society of the United States has been around almost since its founding: back in 1906. Since that time, they have been a recognized voice for animal rights and the protection of the most vulnerable creatures in the world. We are very proud to be able to join this group of advocates, and we are very excited to be here.
We have always known that the Humane society is one of the leading organizations that are working to protect the rights of animals and the environment. For years, we have been lobbying legislators for better protections for animals and the environment. As you can see in the above video, we have also been working to bring awareness to the plight of animals, and we continue to do so.
We have seen great progress in the past year, and we are very pleased to see that the Humane society is working to keep our beautiful province of Hinsdale in the forefront of progress.
