We’ve been lucky enough to experience our fair share of animal emergencies in our time here. The following is a story about a dog that was brought in to the Juniper Valley Animal Hospital in the summer of 2018. We were walking the halls of our building, and he did a great job of avoiding the doors and windows. We were afraid he was going to get hurt. At the beginning of the story, the dog’s name is “Siberian.
We found out that the dog was an older, grey, brown spaniel mix. It was on a leash and was in a cage. It was not very friendly at first, but was very obedient when he was put to sleep. There were signs of aggression and injury all over its body. A few of the owners noticed the dog was acting strangely, but the vet was reluctant to get a blood sample.
It was determined that the dog was not at fault, and no injuries were sustained. He was a stray. So it was determined he was a dog without a home. He was left to his own devices until he found a friend.
As it turns out, we should have known better than to call this dog “a dog without a home,” because our dog is just as aware of his surroundings as our dog is. It’s possible we just thought it was a dog and not a dog without a home.
But still, this is kind of a good thing. It means we can get the dog some help. We don’t want to keep him in a cage, it’s not good in the long run, and the more we can help him the better. He’s definitely out of control.

They are able to learn to associate their behavior with things that humans typically associate with dogs. For me, it is all about being patient. I have a dog named Bumblebee and they are very affectionate. I just need to wait until they are happy. When they are happy, they can be very patient, and when they are not, it is very easy to have an accident when we are trying to calm them down.
My dog is a yellow/orange Labrador retriever. She is very affectionate, and is very well-mannered. When she is excited, she will start yapping and growling and then she will chase me around the house. When I try to calm her down, she will start growling at me.
