You may, like me, have been inspired to make a batch of this pasta by the new “festival” at the local animal hospital. The Las Tunas Festival is a community-wide fundraiser event that focuses on animals from the local community. This year they were able to help their local community animal hospital, which is located in the heart of downtown Las Tunas.
It turns out that the clinic is not the only hospital in town. When you go to the hospital you’ll see other animals there, but the people behind the animals at the clinic are the ones who give them their care. It seems to me that this is the best of both worlds. It’s a small, local hospital where you can have a big impact without leaving a lot of money on the table.
This is the same reason why I love Las Tunas. It’s a small town where people are able to help each other. The people at the clinic care for the animals, but the people at the clinic care for the people. It’s a great way to bring this town together.
