I have been a longtime fan of the work of Professor Edward Herman. I have written about Edward Herman for both my book The Mindful Life and my blog, The Mindful Entrepreneur. Since I started blogging in 2007, I have become a fan of his work.
Edward Herman has also created a great series of books on corporate governance. His recent book, The Corporate CEO, is one of the best guides I’ve read to corporate governance. He shows that CEOs can be just as ruthless as any other executive, and that the biggest difference between a CEO and an executive is their lack of judgment.

And then I made another 1,000 videos in the first half of 2011. I made a thousand videos last year and made a million last month. The only way I can get people to listen to me is to make videos and sell books.
Companies are starting to realize that there is a profit to be made in educating their people on company governance and best practices, so they are starting to hire experts on the subject. If you dont have someone to help you educate and inform your employees, you will fail. And so there is now a growing industry for people who want to educate themselves and their peers.
If you are a business owner, or someone else who wants to teach others about your company’s governance, then you need to get out there and get involved in the industry. You can make a lot of money from it. It is a business, after all, and businesses thrive if they have people in the boardroom making sure that they have the right policies in place. When I first started talking about corporate governance, I had a lot of people who told me that I was crazy.
I actually feel that companies do very well because they have a board of directors. The CEO is CEO. The board is a group of people that all know the company and have the knowledge to make decisions. The board is the people that make the company run efficiently. So the board is actually the biggest influencer of the company, and if they are transparent, the company can actually be run in a very efficient manner.
And in terms of corporate governance, which brings us back to executive boards. The CEO is the CEO and he is the most important person to a company. It doesn’t matter if he isn’t the most influential, the CEO is the CEO. So the CEO of a company is the most important person in the company.
In today’s world we often don’t even think about corporate governance because we are too busy with day to day operations of the company, and not thinking about the board is a lot easier. But a lot of people forget that the board is the biggest influencer of the company, and if they are transparent, the company can actually be run in a very efficient manner. And in terms of corporate governance, which brings us back to executive boards.
